Available for domestic diversity measurement, the Benchmarking Tools gathers detailed diversity and inclusion data from both member and non-member companies across a wide spectrum of policies and programs.
All companies that participate in the Diversity Best Practices Benchmarking Tool receive a free Diversity Best Practices scorecard summarizing their results. In addition, Diversity Best Practices members receive:
- A free Level 1 Benchmarking Report detailing how their company fared across all questions
- A free Diversity Best Practices Executive Summary detailing key trends
