Scott Ballina is a Senior Manager within the Intelligence Community Practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Mr. Ballina has been with Deloitte for nine years and has served a variety of U.S. Federal government clients. He focuses on business process design and re-engineering and implementation of SAP, PeopleSoft, Momentum, and custom developed business solutions.
In addition to his consulting activities at Deloitte, Mr. Ballina is currently the national PMO Lead for Deloitte’s Business Resource Groups (BRG) and the former PMO Lead for the GLOBE and Allies BRG. Additionally, he is on the Out & Equal Task Force to create a framework for ERG management and operations. He is an advisory member of the Washington DC Regional Affiliate and served as the Outreach Committee Co-Chair for the Out & Equal 2007 Workplace Summit.
